ORDER PROCESSING:
BattersBoxOnline Inc. makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 4:00 pm EST Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.
Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.
NEXT DAY SERVICE:
Next Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. EST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via Next Day service arrive in (1) business day after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for Next Day service are made Mondays through Fridays only.
Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer). Backordered items are not available for overnight shipping. Guaranteed Next Day shipping is not available for US Territories. All UPS Services are guaranteed or shipping is refunded.
2 DAY SERVICE:
Second Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. EST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via second day service arrive in (2) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for standard second day service are made Mondays through Fridays only.

STANDARD GROUND SERVICE:
Standard Ground shipping service is via UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination. Orders under 1 lb. and orders shipping to a rural address or P.O. Box will be delivered by the USPS. All other Standard Ground shipments are via UPS or USPS.
Standard Ground shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. EST for in-stock items. In-Stock items that are shipped via Standard Ground service typically arrive within (3-7) business days after leaving our distribution center.

ALASKA & HAWAII:
Standard Ground shipping service is via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending upon shipment weight and destination. VIRGIN ISLANDS & OTHER US TERRITORIES:
Standard shipping to the Virgin Islands and other US Territories is via US Postal Service.
APO & FPO SERVICE:
APO & FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
CANADIAN SERVICE:

**** Canadian orders will NOT ship until you are contacted by a Representative to discuss shipping options and costs.
***** Easton and Under Armour do not allow its products to be shipped to Canadian addresses from BattersBoxOnline.
RETURNS:
All returned non defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping charges on return goods. We will not accept any returns that are not prepaid with a return authorization # on the outside of the box. You contact us within 30 days of receiving your items to receive a return authorization #.
All baseball bats/softballs can only be returned if it's still in wrapped in its original plastic and it cannot be used or have any markings that would indicate it has been used to receive a refund.
